The amount of fee will be between £0 and £995. We will tell you the fee before we start working for you. You need to pay the fee when I give you my advice. Any fee paid is non-refundable. If you have fully co-operated with information and documents I have requested and I am unable to provide you with a mortgage offer then I will refund you in full.
